We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Mestiza pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of the request.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included and the return label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates as we process your refund or exchange.
